too much用于表示程度几乎、大致了解。也可表示时间，意为经常、时常。too many用作形容词时后接复数名词，表示许多同样的人或物但数目不明确。用作主语时，其谓语动词要用复数形式。常用于否定句中。

too much举例：
1、Using too much water could spread the stain.

too many举例：
