I need an urgent help from your. My Smartisan phone is turned off by it self yesterday and I have some important date to get from it. It is not getting started and not even responsing to charging. Here in India Mobile reparing people do not know about this phone.
Is it possible for you to talk to service center of this company and get some advice on resolving this problem soon??? If they can advise some action I can ask the reparing people here to follow it to repair.
