答：截止到2009年8月7日，笔者已经获知有9大软件厂商推出了自己的Windows 7升级服务计划，包括联想，惠普，宏碁，华硕，戴尔等，各自对应的介绍网页地址如下，需要的朋友可以看看 。这个是从早期Windows xp 和Vista升级的过程，你购买电脑时里面有一张礼券或兑换券，拿着这张券去官方网站注册升级即可，需要支付一定的费用，而且，例如你现在用的是Windows Vista Home Premium，那就只能升级到Windows 7 Home Premium，想到升级到Utimate是不行的 。
