A:食补是最好的方式,但是如果实在不爱吃蔬菜又死都离不开手机的tx可以适量补充 。

A:没有统一规范 。但是丁妈强烈建议选择6-25mg/片的剂量 。因为,目前大部分对于叶黄素安全、有效性的人体实验都在这个剂量范围 。

A:丁妈看来,严格控制电子产品的使用时间(每天不超过一小时,每20分钟休息一下)、每天保证大于45分钟的户外运动才是小盆友们的护眼的王道!而学业特别繁重的高中生和大学生可以适量补充,不仅保护眼睛还能提高记忆力和专注力 。

糖尿病可以吃吗?
A:可以!糖尿病人的高血糖会引发氧化胁迫和炎症反应从而导致视网膜肿胀、白内障、青光眼等症状 。而叶黄素和玉米黄素可以通过抵御糖尿病造成的氧化胁迫和炎症反应来保护糖尿病人的视力 。
