早餐:牛奶燕麦粥(全脂牛奶1杯 1勺燕麦片);烤全麦馒头2片 , 中间夹核桃仁碎1勺、罐头泉水浸金枪鱼1勺 , 生菜叶2片;水果1份(约半个苹果) 。
午餐:木耳豆腐炒鸡蛋半碗;焯拌菠菜1碗 , 用芝麻酱半汤匙做成调味汁;红薯大米饭1碗;豆浆1大杯 。
晚餐:八宝粥1碗半(红小豆、绿豆、白米、紫米、燕麦、薏仁、莲子、花生等 , 加2枚小枣);蒜蓉绿菜花;蘑菇笋丁炒鸡丁;胡萝卜丝拌海带丝 。
